Your master profile is your ‘My Account’, which contains all your account information and learning history. You will need to have a ‘My Account’ set up before you can access the My Learning or FA Learning platforms.

‘My Learning’ and ‘FA Learning’ are the platforms where all our learning content, from courses to modules, is hosted. Any learning completed within ‘My Learning’ or ‘FA Learning’ will show in your ‘My Account’ learning history.

Please note: To log into your ‘My Account’, ‘My Learning’ or ‘FA Learning’, you will use the same email address and password.
