The course is aimed at supporting scouts that work within the professional game. The basis of the course requires knowledge of the professional club's recruitment strategy that the learner currently scouts for, along with the ability to draw upon previous experience in the role.
If you hold a position within a professional club, you will be able to speak to your club and they will be able to submit a request to hold a course.
If you do not work in the professional game, complete the Introduction to Talent Identification and Safeguarding Children Course, if you haven't already and contact your local EFL or Premier League club to enquire about any positions they may have as they will be best placed to advise you on the route to becoming a professional scout as each club has a different structure and recruitment requirements.
