I am receiving an Error 1 message when trying to access my online learning - what should I do?

We’re sorry you have received this message. Unfortunately, a small number of learners are currently receiving an ERROR1 message when trying to login to complete an online course. It usually happens when an individual has or has had in the past, more than one FAN. 

We’re working with our IT department and supplier to get this fixed as quickly as possible but in the meantime, if you receive this message please contact us using our online form – from the dropdown select FA Education - Help with my online learning - I'm getting an error message – Other and let us know it’s the message ERROR1. 


We’ll then look to sort this for you as quick as we can and let you know when it’s sorted for you.
