When you booked onto your course you were sent an email with a unique Virtual Classroom link, the email also had a calendar invite on so it may be in your calendar too and that will also contain the link. It will look like this:

When you click on the link, you will be taken to a page where you can choose to either join on the web or download the desktop app. or if you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically.
If you don’t have a Teams account you will have the option to enter your name to join the meeting as a guest.
If you do have a Teams account, select Sign in to join with access to the meeting chat and more.
How do I create a Microsoft Teams Account?
You will then be taken to a lobby where you will need to wait until the tutor lets you in to the classroom for your course to start. This won't be long before the scheduled start time so if you join early and are in the lobby a while, don't worry you will be admitted when the tutors are ready.
