I'm Getting a "Connection Can't Be Established" Screen.



If you are not on Chrome or Firefox, or have a WebRTC blocker or firewall enabled, you will not be able to access the room. 


Possible solutions: 


  • Switch your browser (or install) to the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. 
  • Test your internet speed.  
  • Make sure you are on a Laptop or Desktop computer. Download the Big Marker iOS mobile app if you are on mobile. 
  • Disable any Firefox or Chrome extensions that might be blocking WebRTC. 
  • Disable any known Firewall that might be blocking access or open the necessary ports to connect
