Possible solutions:
- Switch your browser (or install) to the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
- Test your internet speed.
- Make sure you are on a Laptop or Desktop computer. Download the Big Marker iOS mobile app if you are on mobile.
- Disable any Firefox or Chrome extensions that might be blocking WebRTC.
- Disable any known Firewall that might be blocking access or open the necessary ports to connect
