1. Review Big Marker system requirements.
2. Make sure you are using your personalised link that was emailed to you from FA Education.
3. Check the date and start time of the webinar. Attendees can enter up to 30 minutes early.
4. You might have a Firewall. If you are trying to connect to a webinar from work, a school or religious organisation, you may run into a Firewall issue. If have a network Firewall enabled, you may see a black video screen or a "Connection Can't Be Established" warning. If possible, please contact your IT department and have them open the necessary Ports. More information on Big Marker ports can be found here.
