I purchased a home match ticket in the General Sale, how do I get my caps?

You will need to email ESTC@thefa.com with the order number and the FAN number(s) that need assigning before the match takes place. Please be aware that we cannot retrospectively apply caps for games outside of the 21 days or for tickets purchased prior to becoming a member.

No caps will be awarded to members who purchased their tickets through third party websites.
