What do I do if I haven't received my e-tickets?

If, for whatever reason you have not received your e-tickets via email or via accessing your ‘My Orders’ page, please contact our Customer Relations team before matchday on 0800 169 1863. Please have your order number or FAN number to hand when calling.


Please note that tickets can still arrive until 2 days prior to the event.
