How does The FA ensure impartiality in its disciplinary processes regards clubs, players and managers?

As English football’s governing body, the paramount objective of The FA is to ensure it demonstrates integrity and impartiality when applying its disciplinary processes at all times.

It oversees football in England in partnership with players, managers, match officials, clubs, leagues and other relevant stakeholders who assist in drawing up and, therefore, agreeing to the domestic game’s rules and regulations.

The FA will apply these rules and regulations justly, fairly and appropriately to all participants as to do otherwise would simply not be possible considering the intense scrutiny under which The FA operates.

Where at any time a participant in English football believes The FA has not applied its disciplinary proceedings correctly or justly they have the right of appeal.
