I am unable to launch an online course; what should I do?

You will need to be logged in using your FAN and password in order to complete an FA online course. 

The course needs to launch in a new window so please ensure that your browser has the pop-up blocker disabled. If the pop-up blocker remains enabled the online course will be unable to launch.

Our online learning performs at its optional level when being completed on a computer using the Google Chrome internet browser. The courses may not function correctly when using a mobile device or different internet browser.

How do I disable the pop-up blocker on my device?

This will depend on a number of factors including the device you are using and your internet browser. Please see below instructions for different internet browsers being used on a computer:
