I am unable to launch an online course; what should I do?

You will need to be logged in using your registered email address / FAN and password in order to complete an FA online course. 

Our online learning performs at its optional level when being completed on a computer using the Google Chrome internet browser. Some of the courses are functional when using a mobile device or different internet browser however if you experience any issues please try a computer with Google Chrome. We're working hard to make all of our courses fully mobile enabled.

The course needs to launch in a new window so please ensure that your browser has the pop-up blocker disabled. If the pop-up blocker remains enabled the online course will be unable to launch. The following links will show you how to disable your pop-up blocker:
