If I have missed the course and/or unable to attend, can I be transferred onto another course?

The course only runs for one face-to-face day, so it’s really important you’re able to attend. Please make sure you’re available on the date before booking.


As noted in the T&Cs, we’re not able to transfer bookings to another course. If something unexpected comes up and you can’t attend, please submit a ticket here with as much detail as possible so we can support you.
