When I sign into my account it is showing an ERROR1

We’re sorry you have received the ERROR1 message. Unfortunately, a small number of learners are currently receiving an ERROR1 message when trying to login to complete an online course. It usually happens when an individual has or has had in the past, more than one FAN. 


We’re working with our IT department and supplier to get this fixed as quickly as possible but in the meantime, if you receive this message please contact us using our online form – from the dropdown select FA Education - Help with my online learning - I'm getting an error message – Other, and let us know it’s the message ERROR1. If you could also provide us with a screenshot of the error message showing, this will help in enabling us to resolve this for you.
