What do I do if I can’t access the next part of my course?

Try to complete the course on a laptop or tablet device if you have access to one. A phone can sometimes generate the connectivity issue where it is mentioning the debug issue.

We would advise disabling your pop-up blockers as this can prevent the modules from loading, also clearing all cache and cookies. 

The course needs to launch in a new window so please ensure that your browser has the pop-up blocker disabled.
