In certain exceptional circumstances, such as illness, we may be able to help you make up a missed day. If the circumstance is not exceptional this is not possible, and it may mean you will not be able to continue with your course with no refund offered. Please note, having to work or forgetting the date do not count as an exceptional circumstance.
