Pre-requisites of the course are:
- You must actively coach a group of players in England who regularly train and play in organised or competitive fixtures. This is crucial, so you can be assessed on the key elements of the course and be eligible to complete the qualification
- You must be coaching within 50 miles of the course you’re enrolling on. Our Coach Developers may be required to travel to visit you during the course, so it’s important you’re within close travelling distance.
- You have completed Introduction to Coaching Football or The FA Level 1 in Coaching Football and there has been a suitable period for you to apply what you have learnt with your players before starting another qualification.
- You have valid Introduction to First Aid in Football (previously known as FA Emergency Aid) and Safeguarding Children Course (previously known as Safeguarding Children Workshop) qualifications
