Why is the course I'm trying to take taking a long time to load / my won't my booking go through?

We’re currently experiencing slow performance with our online learning and booking system, meaning learners are either unable to book courses or complete learning, or it is taking a very long time to do these things. 

We’re working on a resolution for this as quickly as possible and will be update this FAQ once it is fixed.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.
