The first thing to do is check you have completed the two required parts of the course: the pre-course questionnaire and the eLearning module.
Both elements MUST be completed for Safeguarding For All to be added to your FAN.
You can check you have done all of these by logging back in to the course page here. You'll need the email address and password associated to your FAN to login.
You can see if all three have been completed by checking there is a tick in the top right-hand corner of each tile - see the image below to see what it should like. If there is no tick, you will need to complete that part.
