I have booked onto an EFAiF course, but I can now no longer attend, who do I need to contact to cancel my place and re-book onto another course?

Include in the form: 

• Name 
• FAN 
• Course date you are booked on to 
• Course venue you are booked on to 

Please be aware we will not be able to transfer your place onto another course.
