I had an emergency /outage and couldn’t log in to the course; what should I do?

After consulting the Terms and Conditions, if you are unsure whether you are eligible for  a refund, or believe you are, please contact us here (from the drop-downs select FA Education – courses – I’m already booked onto a course – Welfare Officer Workshop) and include details of the issue you faced, including the date and time of your course so we can look into this for you.  Please be aware we can only refund / transfer inline with the Terms and Conditions.
