When you made a booking onto the Introduction to Coaching Football course, you agreed to specific rules and guidelines. The following outlines what you need to know about cancelling your enrolment in a course. It's important to understand that if you want to switch to a different month for the course, or enrol another learner onto the course in your place, this is treated as both a cancellation and a new booking, and the rules below apply. Initial Cancellation Period:
You have the right to cancel your enrolment in the course within 7 days starting from the day after you initially enrolled. If you notify us in writing about your cancellation during this initial period, you'll receive a full refund of the booking fee.
Cancellation after Initial Period:
After the initial cancellation period has passed, you can still cancel your enrolment, but there are some charges involved:
1) If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the course's scheduled start date, we'll refund your booking fee minus a £10 administration fee.
2) If you cancel between 8 weeks and 5 weeks before the course's scheduled start date, we'll refund your booking fee minus £10, plus an extra 25% of the booking fee.
3) If you cancel less than 5 weeks before the course's scheduled start date, you won't receive any refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances that we might consider for a partial refund. Please note that transferring to a different course directly is not possible.
