The FA Level 1 in Talent Identification in Football is a free online course that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. The FA Level 2 in Talent Identification operates on a first come, first serve basis. The FA Talent Identification pathway does hold certain criteria and priority for course places at Level 3 & Level 4. However, all applicants are welcome, including those from overseas.
Level 3 Priority of applicants
- Those who require the qualification as part of the Premier League's Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP).
- Those working within recruitment in professional football and have completed the Level 2 in Talent Identification.
Level 4 Priority of applicants
- Those who require the qualification as part of the Premier League's Elite Players Performance Plan (EPPP)
- Individuals currently working as Head of Recruitment within professional football and possess the Level 3 in Talent Identification.
- Individuals currently working as Head of Recruitment within professional football.
- Individuals who club identify as having the potential to become a Head of Recruitment.
- Individuals the FA identify as having the potential to become a Head of Recruitment
