You will receive an email shortly after booking The Welfare Officers Course. This email will serve as booking confirmation and will also include instructions on how to join the course at your chosen date and time. Please do keep an eye out in your inbox for this email. You'll also get an email reminder the day before.
You can access the virtual classroom through your mobile phone, tablet, PC or laptop. We would recommend using the largest device you have available for the best learning experience. The virtual classroom is powered by Microsoft Teams. You will need to download the app to use on a mobile or tablet and would advise this for use on a PC or laptop for the best user experience.
