After attending The FA Welfare Officers Course and the successful completion of the pre-course questionnaire, equality & diversity questionnaire and post-course questionnaire, a digital PDF certificate will be available for you to download.
To locate your certificate, log into your FA Learning account here - you will need your email and password to log in. If you don't know your log in details you can reset your password here.
Once logged in, please navigate to the course page located on your home screen and enter. The certificate can be found towards the bottom of the page.
Please note, your certificate will not be available if you do not currently hold an in date FA Safeguarding qualification or if you haven't completed the free online FA Safeguarding Children Re-certification.
