I haven’t received the enrolment email - what do I do?

First thing is to check your Junk or Spam folders. These types of emails have a habit of ending up there. 


If it hasn’t ended up in Spam, visit your learner homepage at http://falearning.thefa.com - if you scroll down a little you should be able to complete the course from here.


Make sure you have waited up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive or try to access the course via the homepage, as the system will take a update with your enrolment.


If you still can't access the course please email Education@TheFA.com and our team will be able to support you further.
