I’ve clicked the link in the enrolment email, but the course is locked - what do I do?

This will be because our systems haven’t updated just yet. When you receive your email, it can take up to six minutes for our systems to respond and open the course to you. 


Check back in and see if it’s unlocked. If it hasn’t worked after more than 10 minutes since you received the email, please email our team at Education@TheFA.com
