For Level 1 and 2 coaches, there is not a minimum requirement to complete. We recommend that coaches complete a CPD that is relevant to them to enhance their coaching practices. This can be formal opportunities provided by England Football Learning or your County FA . This can also include informal opportunities such as shadowing another coach, interacting with the England Football learning page here or watching content on the England Football Learnings YouTube channel.
As per UEFA Licensing requirements, Level 3 - 5 coaches are required to complete 15 hours every three years to maintain their UEFA license. We recommend that coaches complete a CPD that is relevant to them to further enhance their skill set.
