What are the UEFA B Licence qualification pre-requisites?

In order to apply for a place on our UEFA B Licence course, there are a few things you need to do. You must:

  • You have completed the UEFA C Licence , The FA Level 2 in Coaching Football Course, or the FA Coaching Certificate, and there has been a suitable period for you to apply what you have learnt with your players before starting another qualification.
  • You have valid Introduction to First Aid in Football (previously known as FA Emergency Aid) and Safeguarding Children Course (previously known as Safeguarding Children Workshop) qualifications.
  • You must actively coach a group of players within a season-long competition within England and a resident in England. This is crucial, so you can be assessed on the key elements of the course and be eligible to complete the qualification
  • Be able to effectively communicate in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading and writing)
