The UEFA B Licence is shorter than the previous FA UEFA B qualification. Does that mean it is not as good?

No. The qualification content, assessment strategy and delivery model have been reviewed, streamlined and brought in line with current vocational education trends.

By using blended learning and flip classroom techniques, we are able to maximise the time available during the face-to-face workshops. Previously, learners spent a significant proportion of the learning experience participating in practical assessments for other learners on course. We have introduced a more formative approach to assessing, meaning we will build a picture of you throughout your UEFA B Licence learning journey.

Coupled with the added value in-situ support visits provide, you will still have the opportunity to demonstrate their practical coaching skills, but now in a real life environment, with your players, within your own context. On course simulated environment practical assessments are therefore no longer required.
